About Amanda
Amanda Kerr has over a decade of experience in the fitness world, and she’s been lifting, learning, and leading ever since. Her vision? To help women become strong, confident, and unapologetically balanced. She’s here to prove that transforming your body doesn’t require restriction or misery, just consistency, intention, and a sprinkle of fun. Dieting isn’t the answer… but showing up for yourself absolutely is.
Amanda is a major foodie and will never say no to a delicious sushi dinner, a cozy brunch, or a homemade protein snack. She loves showcasing the beauty of balance, lifting heavy, eating deliciously, and living life fully.
She’s the hype woman you didn’t know you needed, the coach who makes fitness feel like a lifestyle (not a punishment), and the girl who will remind you that you deserve to feel powerful, capable, and a little bit badass every single day.

From strength machines to free weights, cardio options, and functional training tools, everything in our space is chosen to support your goals and help you grow with confidence. It’s a welcoming environment built for women to feel safe, capable, and ready to level up at their own pace.
